Quality Control

To make sure that customers receive only perfect products on time, we experienced lots of experiments in quality assurance. As a JIT enterprise, quality is the major concern taken care by every member of the company. The quality control in LIHE even begins with the design period. Raw materials purchasing is under rigorous supplier programs. The production lines are developed to be value added and defect free processes. Finished products are under strict sampling. Every week, there will be a special meeting dealing with quality issues. Advanced quality control skills like SPC tools, Fish-bone Chart, Brain Storm have been extensive utilized. The company also pays attention to environmental manufacturing to obtain social benefits. The company is firmly sure that its quality control regulations go far more beyond industry standards.
